FormBlink was retired in August 2026

The service is closed. No new accounts, forms, or subscriptions can be created, and there is nothing left to purchase or cancel. These terms remain published for reference by former users. They apply only to FormBlink, and no other product's terms apply retroactively to your use of FormBlink.

These terms governed your use of FormBlink while the service was operating. They described your rights and responsibilities as a user, and ours as the operator.
