FormBlink was retired in August 2026

The service no longer accepts new accounts, forms, or form responses. This policy remains published because it still governs the historical FormBlink data we hold. It does not describe any other product.

This policy describes how FormBlink collected, used, and safeguarded your personal information while the service was operating. FormBlink stored the email address you signed in with, the forms you created, and the responses submitted to those forms.

No new personal information is being collected through FormBlink. Retained data from the operating period is scheduled for deletion as the service is decommissioned.

If you previously held a FormBlink account and want your historical account data, forms, or form responses exported or deleted ahead of that schedule, email support@formblink.com from the address you signed up with.
